Cancellation Rules

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date are not eligible for a refund.
• Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.

Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Please note that refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
